Alstra Energy is a Nordic B2B energy company specialising in renewable power generation and energy storage. We develop utility-scale solar and battery parks for investors and power producers, and deliver behind-the-meter energy solutions to industrial companies, property owners, farms and energy-intensive facilities.
Solar and Battery parks
Our development portfolio spans 4 GW of solar and battery projects across the Nordics. We currently have 175 MW under construction across five sites in Sweden. Our operations and maintenance division manages 290 MW of solar parks under active service contracts — covering installations regardless of the original installer.
Behind-the-meter solutions
We design, install and service solar and battery systems for commercial and industrial customers. We also offer standalone service and maintenance agreements for existing installations, providing asset owners with a single point of responsibility for performance and uptime.
Power Purchase Agreements (PPA)
Alstra Energy offers long-term PPAs to energy-intensive industries and data centres seeking price stability and verified renewable origin. Our PPAs are structured around additionality: a signed PPA with Alstra directly finances new production capacity to be built — something a hedge position on the futures market cannot achieve. Contracts typically run 10 years or longer, providing price certainty well beyond the 3–5 year horizon of liquid forward markets. Each delivered MWh carries full traceability to a named production asset.
