SWESTEP’s technology provides a Waste to X solution for reducing CO₂ emissions, increasing circularity, and enabling local production of fuel, oil, and energy.
Any hydrocarbon-based material can be used as feedstock, meaning virtually all combustible materials can be processed. The production process is environmentally friendly, utilizing a low-temperature, low-pressure catalytic conversion technology that generates no toxic emissions. The end product is a renewable synthetic oil that is molecularly identical to conventional fossil oil. Additional value can be created through by-products such as captured CO₂ (Carbon Capture) and distilled water.
