Yangi has developed Cellera®, an industrial dry-forming machine platform that manufactures rigid 3D cellulose fiber packaging without using water in the forming process. The technology enables efficient, consistent, and scalable production of fiber-based packaging as an alternative to rigid plastics.

Yangi has developed Cellera®, an industrial manufacturing platform for dry-formed cellulose fiber packaging. By eliminating water from the forming process, Cellera fundamentally changes how rigid fiber packaging is manufactured, reducing energy demand, simplifying production, and enabling faster cycle times than conventional wet-molded fiber processes.

The platform is powered by Yangi’s patented FiberIQ® fiber-formation system with 3D thermoforming to produce rigid cellulose packaging with consistent quality, high geometric precision, and efficient material utilization. Designed for industrial-scale production, Cellera enables packaging manufacturers to produce fiber-based packaging that meets the performance and throughput requirements of high-volume consumer applications.

Yangi provides the complete Cellera machine platform as well as a variety of value-based services and tailored material recipes, enabling packaging producers to integrate dry-forming technology into industrial manufacturing.
