Printed Electronics Arena

PEA is an innovation hub in printed and organic electronics. We support SME’s and multnationals alike, from molecule to prototype.

The Printed Electronics Arena – a Test and Demonstration facility

PEA is an innovation cluster, bringing academic research findings and industrial applications and needs closer. PEA is operated by RISE, Research Institutes of Sweden, which is a multidisciplinary research institute with 2700 employees. RISE operates more than 100 testbeds.

PEA is an arena for innovation where RISE collaborates tightly with the Linköping University and the Laboratory of Organic Electronics.

We have access to fully equiped cleanrooms, the Swedish Research Laboratory for Organic Electronics and the machinery at PEA-M: allowing us to move from molecule synthesis in the chemistry labs to high-speed printing and into systems assembly/integration with chipmounting.

Our team is growing and currently consists of 30 employees  – we have expertise in chemistry, physics, mathematics and printing. We also liase with industrial clients at all levels and keep our ears close to the SME ground.
