Scandinavian Enviro Systems has a patented technology for recovering of carbon black, oil, steel and gas from waste tires. Waste tires represents a big and worldwide environmental problem, with current solution being non-sufficient for handling it.
The process is based on pyrolysis; decomposition of material through heating of an organic material in absence of oxygen. This means the heated material (i.e. tires) is not burned, but instead decomposed into different other materials.
The company’s patents are based on the use of the extracted pyrolysis gas from the tires as the heat conductor in the process. This solves several problems occurring with classical pyrolysis solutions.
The use of the extracted gas ensures an environmentally friendly and efficient solution, combined with the creation of a recovered Carbon Black of high market standard.
