HSB Living lab, one of the projects featured at Smart City Sweden, has been given the World in Property Award for its efforts in making an extra ordinary impression on the Swedish property market.
The winning project should be visionary, courageous, demonstrate belief in the future and do good for society.

HSB Living Lab is a research and demonstration arena, consisting of actual homes for students and guest researchers. The project innovates on site, enhancing the sustainability and quality of present and future homes and buildings. The project started in 2016 and since then, over 100 innovative projects have started in the HSB Living Lab.
